We invite submissions for chapters that present innovative views on The Art of BPM to include business issues, guidance, technology solutions, research and more.

Abstract deadline: Friday, September 25, 2015

This title follows our recent best-seller books; “Passports to Success in BPM,” “BPM Everywhere” and “Thriving on Adaptability."

Business Process Management (BPM) has been in existence for decades. It  uses, complements, integrates and extends theories, methods and tools from  other disciplines like strategic management, information technology, managerial accounting, case management, operations management etc.

This book aims to bring BPM into current focus and to help the non-technical reader grasp the importance of BPM from a business perspective through state of the art concepts, innovative methodologies, tools and more...

Audience for this book: Non-technical readers including professionals, academics and students who want to gain the latest insights into the state of the art concepts, methodologies and tools of BPM. The first part of the book deals with the Why and What of BPM, while the second part describes the How in detailed award-winning case studies.

This prestigious annual series make a significant contribution to the body of knowledge within this industry. The participating authors (and their organizations) receive worldwide recognition for their respective roles as industry leaders and subject-matter authorities at the forefront of business process technology, its growth, evolution and implementation.

There is no fee to contribute a paper and you may submit an abstract with or without co-authors (no more than four co-authors total). Papers should be about 6-10 pages in length, inclusive of diagrams and illustrations.

About 15 to 20 final submissions are selected by the 8-member WfMC Review Committee.

The criteria include:

• Clarity of abstract description
• Interesting and relevant topic
• New approach, concept or technology
• Applicability in real world vs theory
• Industry standard implication or implementation

Product or corporate promotional papers will not be accepted.
